Persistent Employment - Jobs continue indefinitely until you quit or get fired - No more temporary "gig" jobs that auto-complete - Employment tracks your tenure, total earnings, and performance over time 2. Performance & Termination System - Performance rating affects your pay (multiplier based on performance) - Fall below termination threshold = automatic firing - Warning system: 3 warnings = termination - Different jobs have different tolerance levels 3. Work Hard: Boost performance & promotion progress, costs more energy - Normal Shift: Standard work day with random events - Slack Off: Save energy but risk getting caught and warnings - Call in Sick: Miss work, affects performance, too many = warnings 4. Promotion System - Build promotion progress by working hard - Get promoted to higher positions with 25% pay raise - Each job has a defined career path 5. Realistic Pay Periods - Full-time jobs pay bi-weekly - Part-time/freelance pay weekly - Performance affects your paycheck 6.
